2) The biggest dimension we can do: from 300mm to 2200mm.
3) The hardness of the flask: the standard hardness is 180~240HB (grey Iron), 170~230HB (ductile iron).
4) What's the accuracy of the flasks?
Appearance accuracy is about 0.1m; fit dimension accuracy is about 0.03mm.
5) The quality control of the flasks:
①Material test: chemical components analysis and metallography test.
②Mechanical test: tensile test.
③Appearance test: visual test (adhesive sand, burr, blow hole, slag and so on)
④Ultrasonic flaw detection inspection.
⑤Dimension test: CMM, Caliper, Micrometer, angle gauge and so on…
⑥Hardness test.
6) Is there destructive test for the products?
No, for the destructive test, there is the test bar.
7) Are the flasks complete inspection?
According to customer requirements.
